Fresh Start Sober Living Homes is a caring group of dedicated individuals who are there for those who need and want help. Fresh Start Sober Living Homes has kept many people suffering from addiction away from the streets, from the horrible substances, out of trouble and most importantly alive and out of jail. They provide a safe and clean housing environment for those in need and help them integrate back into the general public in a very civil manner.

Fresh Start began as something small and non-profit, to give each individual the proper attention they need to heal and regain the lives they once lost. Their President and Co-Founder, Everett Ward, sought to provide a real helping hand to those struggling individuals. As the years continued, more and more people joined their helpful cause. This changed from a helpful endeavor of two individuals, to a community cause to aid struggling individuals in need. Their small society of dedicated individuals have successfully changed many lives in a positive way and simultaneously creating lasting friendships in the community.

The ideals at Fresh Start Sober Living Home are to give people a comfortable place to live that any normal individual would be comfortable living in, as if it were their own home.. The nice, comfortable living environment are great for the residents, and serves as a great transition from an environment rich in addictive substances and behavior. The beautiful home helps residents mind to ease. With the proper care of their staff they can withdraw safely from their substance of choice.

Fresh Start Sober Living Home and their staff builds a strong, loving and caring community to help and support each other. They provide a strong support system and many tools to create great opportunities for personal growth for the recovering community. Many of the members of the staff are dedicated to the ideals of helping other people. By doing so for each of its clients, a proper foundation is built for each individual to recover and build a strong relapse prevention. For those going through the process to regain control of their lives and/or custody of their children, the Fresh Start Sober Living Center provides monthly progress reports to the Department of Children and Family Service and County Probation and Parole Agents.
